First National Mackay, Sarina & Nebo is seeking a Property Manager extraordinaire to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated person able to work in a team environment in one of our modern offices.

The successful person will need to have the following skills sets-

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, we want a fantastic communicator
• Sound knowledge of all things Property Management
• Have excellent time management skills, be organised
• Knowledge of Console or similar
• Current Real Estate Certificate
• Current Drivers license
• The ability to work in a team

Property Manager Role

Property Management experience a must.

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing a clean portfolio of properties
• Liaising with tenants/landlords
• Use of Console
• Attending QCAT if required
• Organising repairs & maintenance
• Providing first class customer service
• Leasing
• Routine and entry / exit inspections
• Culture
