Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Attending Meetings
• Creating Work Orders
• Liaising with suppliers, executive committees and trades people
• Budgeting
• Preparing arrears and levy notices
• Building Client Relationships

The successful applicant will have demonstrated  success working as a Strata Manager across an ACT portfolio. You will have first class communication skills, the ability to multi task and be professional in all aspects of your work.
