Description
BaptistCare are seeking an experienced Residential Manager or Registered Nurse to manage their Aminya Centre in Baulkham Hills. The 123 bed home has a proud and enviable reputation in the NSW aged care services. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, financial management, service growth and day to day operations of the Centre. Leading an experienced nursing team of over 100 people across a mix of care, you will take pride in setting industry standards.
Profile
You will be a highly motivated and driven individual with business, commercial and people management experience gained within a Residential Aged Care Facility or similar Allied Health environment. You will be degree qualified in Nursing or Allied Health and will hold or be working towards a Health Management qualification or equivalent.
