The Role:

Property Stock and Analysis Manager

An exciting new opportunity has arisen reporting directly to the Managing Director to lead property acquisitions and act as our subject matter expert.

In this hands-on role, you will source and secure high-quality investment grade property products for our clients through existing and new developer relationships, as well as leveraging your existing networks. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Manage our residential projects pipeline and deliver a high quality and timely supply of off-the-plan house and land, townhouses and apartments across Australia
  2. Undertake detailed review and analysis of each project in accordance with our stringent quality standards
  3. Work closely with our Property Coach team to provide education and training relating to investment recommendations and stock
  4. Partner with Marketing to provide subject matter expertise to support the development of strategy and collateral
  5. Ensure the AllianceCorp vision and values are represented favourably and in the best interest of our clients in all Acquisitions activities.

 

What we are looking for:

We're seeking an individual who can conduct analysis of the Australian property market and use that knowledge in several ways. The first is to seek out the best off-the-plan property packages for our client’s and develop relationships with the relevant developers. The second is to use this knowledge to help educate our property coaches in upcoming trends and finally to use this knowledge to help identify emergent opportunities. To be successful in this role you need to have be able to combine powerful property analytics capability with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

You will be comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively and can effectively communicate your strong industry knowledge to individuals and groups.

Although not essential, it is likely you will hold tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.

A driving license and the ability to travel from time to time is required.
