What is the role?
To list and sell property locally in the Geelong area and service local owners with their property goals and needs when it comes to sales. In addition to this we are also looking for someone who can be an expert in investing in off plan projects and apartment sales. Recently we have chosen to help out of city client invest or sell in inner city living by providing expert specialist advice to anyone looking to buy an apartment off plan or second hand re-sale in the Geelong area. The apartment world can be very daunting for some people when there is so much for sale it can seem confusing and overwhelming. Helping owners understand which area to buy in first is key, then to find the right building is next – once you know which building your client wants to buy in then you can find them the right floorplan on the right level and at the right price. This is not like selling a house hence why we need someone who is armed with the dedication to learn buildings inside out and why one tower is more suited to the client than another. Priceless service which will be very welcomed in the surrounding communities of rural Victoria. You will also be able to list and sell local property which includes houses and apartments in the Geelong location and surrounding suburbs as our office will be able to accommodate every client’s needs no matter what they are looking to achieve.
