Property Manager – Monday to Friday!
With a team of nine in property management, this fun and friendly office requires a Property Manager to take over from a very clean well looked after portfolio of 160 local properties.
Based in Armadale, this office looks after some of Melbourne’s most beautiful properties and the team environment in the office focuses on training and development, as well as fostering a friendly team with genuine career opportunities.
Offering a generous salary and the opportunity to work Monday to Friday this is a rare and great opportunity.
Property Manager – North
A lovely office and a very fun team, this opportunity is a maternity leave position, however will be offered on a permanent basis. Working for a leader in the area, the team consists of 8 and includes plenty of assistant and administration support.
This role will look after 180 local properties and will require 1 in 3 Saturday’s for inspections with time off in lieu.

Property Manager – Bayside / South East
As property manager within this office, you will join a team of 6 within the department and the position offers a great team and sound practices. With such a low turnover of staff, the office runs extremely well and your role will oversee 170 local properties with strong administration support.
Work close to home with a market leader in the area, this role requires one in three Saturdays and offers an extremely generous salary + commissions.
Commercial Property Manager – Inner CBD
A lovely opportunity to join this team based in the Inner CBD and oversee a portfolio of 130 retail and commercial properties. Joining a team of 4 in commercial property management as well as administration support, this is an opportunity to utilize your commercial experience in a low key, lovely boutique property environment. Work close to home with a well looked after portfolio and a friendly team. Salary to $80k +.
