One of our clients based at Parramatta and Rozelle, is looking for a Property Coordinator to join their busy team for 6 months.
The Coordinator is responsible for providing high level support to the Principal Property Manager including the coordination of projects, monitoring business and project performance, providing reports and planning/scheduling resource requirements to support the effective operation of the Division.
The successful candidate will:
ƒ Provide a full range of administrative functions, including authorising purchasing and payment processing of accounts in accordance with policies and practices
ƒ Prepare monthly and other reports including the collection of data and the analysis of financial and operations statistics to determine methods to counter undesirable trends.
ƒ Provide quality operational and product information and assistance to clients and staff regarding products, operations, systems, policies and procedures.
ƒ Ensure all correspondence and conference papers are presented in a final draft format, with facts and information checked and confirmed within the timeframes.
ƒ Collect and collate information that is accurate and concise and liaise with Managers where the information is inaccurate or incomplete.
ƒ Coordinate committees, forums, stakeholder and user group meetings involving preparing agendas, ensuring papers are lodged within the time period, maintaining an action register and preparing the minutes.
ƒ Maintain appropriate confidentiality and understand and carry out the appropriate security and confidentiality provisions associated with sensitive documents and information
ƒ Contribute to continuous improvement programs by identifying improvement opportunities in problem areas and continually improving environment support processes through research and by soliciting feedback.
Essential criteria:
ƒ Demonstrated experience in maintaining, managing and reviewing administrative and financial systems for senior management, including exceptional organisational and time management skills and demonstrated commitment to accuracy and detail.
ƒ Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written, proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality and sound interpersonal skills, organisational skills and initiative.
