This your chance to join a leading international real estate service provider who works with institutional and private landlords, corporate groups and government bodies. The Property Management division works with landlords to ensure investment assets are managed to the highest physical and financial standards. You will gain full exposure to the management of major commercial assets. 

The Role

If you are an Assistant Property Manager and want to take the next step in your career then this could be the role for you.  Joining the Sydney team, you will be work closely with a high net-worth individual to help manage A-grade commercial property. As the Property Manager you will deliver in the areas of property management, building of strong tenant relationships, property operations, investment performance and financial management. Your responsibilities will include:
  

• Interfacing with all internal and external customers relating to the contract;
• Managing and maintaining property related data in the nominated management information system
• Assist with preparation and negotiating and handling of commercial Leases
• OHS & E policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders.
• Manage all rent review processes in accordance with the set KPI’s;
• Manage the process of rent and outgoings collection for the allocated portfolio

The Candidate 

• Relevant tertiary education (Ideally Commercial Property Management or Valuation, Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent)
• Minimum 1- 2 years of proven experience in property management - This is a great opportunity if you are looking to move from residential into commercial property management.
• Outstanding internal and external stakeholder management at all levels.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret a tenure agreement and the rights within
