We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team.  Elders Darwin has over 45 employees across 4 locations – Darwin, Palmerston, Leanyer and Virginia. We pride ourselves on our customer service and commitment to our people.

The Role:

We are seeking someone who has either started their career in Real Estate or wants to make a change and join the industry. The successful candidate will be focused, have a strong work ethic, be mature-minded and have the self-confidence, resilience and motivation to get out there and succeed.

The Person:

  • Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal and face-to-face), with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Cert IV in Real Estate (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry would be preferred but not essential
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Ability to act professionally and ethically at all times
  • Be flexible and receptive to working varied hours including weekends
  • Be able to work as part of a team but also have the ability to work autonomously
  • Have a can-do attitude and be willing to do what it takes to hit key targets
