The Company
Our client, who is a top-tier property developer originally from China, has expanded to the Australian market since 2014. With the commitment of long-term development in Australia, the company has established a strong pipeline of more than 10 projects across Melbourne and Sydney.
With a few projects in progress and more projects to be kicked off very soon, our client decides to expand their development team. They are now seeking for a Development Manager Assistant to support and work alongside their Development Manager. This is a rare opportunity as you will work across different projects and be receiving invaluable advice for your future career growth within the industry.
The Role
- Support the project team in creating and monitoring project plans against time, cost and quality dimensions.
- Draft design and construction briefs, and assist with the selection and engagement of suppliers, contractors and consultants.
- Ensure projects are scoped, designed, built and delivered on time, to budget and at the agreed quality standard.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the required project outcomes.
- Assist in the management and coordination of the internal and external approvals process.
- Support Development Manager in the project life circle.
Your Profile
- Qualification in Engineering, Project Management or similar.
- 2+ years of experience in Greenfield Land and Property Development.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in an international team.
