Your new role
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for liaison between landlords and tenants for your residential property portfolio. Full portfolio management will include duties such as conducting routine and vacate inspections, signing new lease agreements and renewals, scheduling open homes and providing 360 degree feedback to all tenants and landlords.
What you'll need to succeed
A driver’s license is essential, a current NSW / ACT real estate certificate, proven experience with the current real estate legislation in NSW and an ability to handle a growing portfolio of properties.If you're a candidate who knows the NSW legislation inside out this is the perfect role for you.
