About the role
We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this client-focused role, you will assist the team to deliver a range of sales strategies designed for each property. This is an ideal opportunity if you are genuinely passionate about real estate and are keen to develop your skills and knowledge in the luxury residential market.
By working directly for the developer, we are able to offer both a competitive base salary + generous commission arrangements.
About you
You have exceptional customer service skills - in person and over the phone. You enjoy variety and are keen to be part of a dynamic and successful team. You are willing to learn in order to advance your career and above all else, you are goal driven and outcome focused. Previous experience in the real estate sector is essential. You hold a Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (or are willing to obtain prior to commencement) and you have a current, open Queensland driver's licence. You are also able to work weekends, as required.
