The Role
- Assistant to the Property Management Team.
- Respond to phone & email inquiries.
- Prepare leases, inspection notices & renewals.
- Conduct routine inspections as required.
- Liaise with service providers, trades & clients.
- Upload properties for website advertising.
- Payment of accounts and invoicing.
Skills & Personal Attributes
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Well organised with attention to detail.
- Advanced computer skills inc. Outlook and MS Office.
- Current drivers license and own vehicle.
- Confident & enthusiastic with a can do attitude.
- Good work ethic & willing to learn.
