The role

As a Senior Legal Secretary, you will be working in the Shipping & Transport team working on Insurance Litigation matters. You will support 2 Partnes and 2 Solicitors and your duties will include dealing with clients, liaising with insurers and barristers and expert witnesses, drafting court documents and correspondence, monthly billings, brief preparation, travel coordination and diary management, screening calls and general administration duties.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 4 years Insurance litigation legal secretarial experience. A minimum of 65 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential.

The Firm/Salary

Well established law firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Total staff of 60. Do yearly salary/performance reviews, can salary sacrifice up to 2 weeks extra annual leave, monthly drinks, birthday leave, casual Fridays and are a very corporate environment.

Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $55,000 - $65,000 + Superannuation).
