The firm
My client is a boutique firm, with a warm and friendly staff culture. Located in the CBD with great office space. 

The role
My client is currently seeking a 3+ PQE Property Lawyer. This role predominantly focuses on purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, commercial leasing some with licencing agreements and options to renew all aspects of property development work including ‘off the plan’, wind and solar farms and rural work.

With a very reputable property team who understand and have been praised for the
complexities that can arise in property deals. From large-scale development issues through to private homes, they have experience in By-Laws, strata issues, e-conveyancing, PEXA and much more.

The candidate
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who wants to develop their knowledge, learning from two very experienced senior lawyers in this area.  You would also work closely with two paralegals and a secretary in the team.

• A candidate looking to fit in well as part of a friendly boutique firm,
• Someone with relevant experience similar to the above,
• Must have at least 3+ PQE to be considered for this role!
