Our Client

Based in the Melbourne CBD, our client is a leading independent credit specialist and funds manager with over 13 billion dollars under management. It has an enjoyable and vibrant culture with around 250 employees and operations and offices in Melbourne and Sydney and strong growth plans for the future.

The Role

Working directly with the Group’s Chief Legal Counsel to provide legal services across the whole of the business, the ideal candidate will have 3-7 years’ experience in litigation or insolvency, ideally with some exposure to the financial services industry.

The successful candidate will utilise their litigation and dispute management skills whilst simultaneously skilling up and getting training to provide advice to the business across the corporations act, MIS law, FSR, funding requirements and documentation as well as transaction documents.
