Your new role
You will be working collaboratively within the dispute resolution team and other practise areas within the firm. Like they say, no two days are the same, your workload will include contractual disputes, intellectual property litigation matters and competition and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions in state Courts and in the Federal Court.

Your skills profile

• 8 or more years PAE as a commercial litigator;
• Exposure to a well-regarded Australian or international law firm;
• Experience with matters in the Federal court;
• Experience with matters across various state jurisdictions;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
• Superb technical and interpersonal skills;
• Proven ability to lead teams;
• Ability to work collaboratively but also autonomously;
• Client focused.
