You

Will have insurance litigation experience at the 2-3 or Associate level and enjoy defending claims and pursuing recoveries for major marine insurers in Australia as well as international insurers.

Your work

Dealing with a broad spectrum of land, air and sea transport claims, industrial special risks claims involving complex machinery and agricultural products, and high value property claims involving damage to properties interstate. Handle recoveries and brief Counsel in other jurisdictions such as Singapore, the Netherlands, the Philippines and China.
