Our client, a well known and respected law firm based in the Adelaide CBD, seeks to appoint a senior Conveyancer to join their property team.
This opportunity will suit candidates who are highly skilled and confident operators, in order to capably manage files autonomously from instruction through to settlement. The role will comprise tasks typical to those of a senior conveyancer, such as -
- managing residential and commercial conveyancing transactions;
- preparation of settlement statements;
- drafting of LTO documents;
- attending settlements;
- preparing Form 1 Statements;
- attending to deposits, financial and settlement reports;
- liaising with all relevant parties throughout property transactions; conveyancers, financial institutions, real estate agents, settlement agents, etc.,
- and other related tasks, as directed.
It is essential that candidates have a minimum of 5 years' experience. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- excellent organisational & time management skills;
- sound communication skills;
- the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients;
- a team player approach;
- the ability to manage tight timeframes and deadlines;
- sound computing skills;
- a strong attention to detail.
