This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented Legal Executive Assistant to join this highly acclaimed mid tier law firm that will definitely 'keep you on your toes'.
 
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, no two days will ever be the same as you provide comprehensive support to ensure their day runs smoothly.
  
You'll need to use your initiative on a daily basis as you take full control of:
 
• extensive diary management and arranging appointments
• coordination of meetings
• preparation of legal documents and general correspondence
• extensive file management
• organising complex travel arrangements
• assisting with preparation of Board reports
• expenses and credit card reconciliations
 
Skills and experience we'd love...
This role entails extensive liaison with Senior level Management and Directors and as such the successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills with the proven ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels. 
 
Additionally you'll have advanced MS Office skills, strong attention to detail and top organisational skills together with a "true team" attitude and previous Executive Assistant experience supporting at senior level (law firm experience is essential).
