The Firm
Our client is a national firm. Their aim is to be a valuable resource to their clients, the community and importantly, to each other.
The Team
The Insurance Team is highly regarded by clients - not least for its practical and commercial approach to risk and claims management. They advise clients on liability claims, common law workers' compensation claims, medico-legal issues, catastrophic injury claims and mediation and ADR.
They act for businesses and statutory enterprises, brokers, insurers, self-insured corporate clients and Australians and internationals insurers and re-insurers.
The Role
An opportunity has become available for a lawyer with at least three years PAE to join this stable and well regarded team. You will be involved in handling the defence of workers' compensation and public liability matters for self-insured corporates.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the defence of a diverse range of workers' compensation and public liability matters and importantly, take a commercial approach to the handling of claims.
You will have carriage of your own files and be energetic, dynamic and dedicated to being an important part of the growth of the team.
