This top tier international firm is long established in Perth with powerful divisions across areas of law. In this newly created role you will work directly alongside a dynamic Partner with a growing dispute resolution practice.

You will provide advice and representation to leading companies. Your matters will include:

• Advising professional indemnity insurers;
• Project, construction and engineering disputes;
• Commercial and contractual disputes;
• Property disputes.

You will gain experience in a full suite of alternative dispute resolution methods including negotiation, arbitration and adjudication as well as litigation.

As the successful candidate you will have relevant post admission experience in dispute resolution, project or insurance law and have a passion for these areas. You will have strong drafting skills and an enthusiastic approach.
