Our Client

The Role
The role will suit a Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions lawyer at a Senior Associate level. Take advantage of this firm's enviable position in the marketplace, attractive client list and flexible rate cards to drive your corporate and commercial advisory career to the next level within a stable and progressive partnership group.
Working alongside a highly regarded corporate Partner, you will assist in growing the practice, working closely with clients on a range of high-profile mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, schemes of arrangements and capital raisings, as well as assist on corporate governance and risk management (including ASX listing rules compliance) issues.
