In this role, you will join a high performing team focused on working collaboratively with national clients in the funds management industry to create and restructure funds, develop new investment products and navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks. You will also have the opportunity to work on more general commercial matters with leading practitioners in their field.

Description
The successful candidate will ideally be a corporate mergers & acquisitions lawyer with 1-3 years PAE interested in funds management. This role sits within a regarded Funds Management team whom form a part of the wider Corporate & Commercial group.
Profile
You will possess excellent communication and drafting skills, enjoy a busy work environment and be able to work both in a team and autonomously as required.
