We have a new role available within the Risk Management team for a Senior Consultant/Manager that supports the Management Consulting and Risk Consulting practices, necessitated by the continued growth of these practices.

Your new role

The role will bring you unparalleled exposure to the breadth of service offerings provided by the Firm. With the support of a high performing team you will be instrumental in the:

• Identification and management of engagement specific risks in accordance with KPMG’s risk appetite (e.g. complex engagement structures, conflict management, high profile / confidential engagements, use of technology platforms / solutions, etc.)
• Contractual negotiations with KPMG clients and other third parties (e.g. panel agreements, alliance arrangements, etc.)
• Successful development and deployment of new products and services (with a significant technology focus)
• Development of best practice policy and training
• Coordination and execution of global quality and compliance review programs to ensure compliance with KPMG’s risk management policies and procedures.

You bring to the role

This role will require you to be commercially mature, articulate, resilient and capable of challenging to create value. You will have:

• A bachelor degree in law with 1 to 3 years PQE (corporate or commercial backgrounds will be highly favoured) or 3+ years experience in an equivalent corporate advisory role
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to quickly assimilate information
• Excellent problem solving ability and a passion for creating commercially orientated solutions
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple immediate tasks and long-term projects appropriately through effective time management.
