The firm
Our client is a well renowned national firm who are expanding their team. They cover various areas of law and pride themselves on offering a personalised service and expect legal advice to their clients.
The role
Largely centred on commercial property law you will be involved in a range of high volume commercial projects and work closely with the Partners to grow a successful practice.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in the following:
- working in a high volume property and leasing practice
- excellent knowledge of property/leasing law
- demonstrated experience in general commercial law including drafting deeds of settlement, securities law and documentation and general deeds of agreement
- ability to maintain strong relationships with clients
- strong legal, analytical and negotiating skills
- ability to effectively supervise and mentor junior peers
