The role
Due to a steady influx of high profile, exciting and interesting litigation matters, the Dispute Resolution Team is seeking to boost its number of mid-level lawyers, at the 2-4 year pae mark. You will be working across a number of high profile partners, of whom many are long time firm stalwarts, and who have carefully and diligently mentored brilliant lawyers from the commencement of their successful careers. You will be involved in small and larger commercial disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct, contractual claims, negligence, consumer law, partnerships, joint ventures, debt recovery and insolvency, director’s duties and equitable claims.
You
To be successful in this role you will have between 2-4 years’ post-admission experience coupled with a strong knowledge of litigation law and excellent academics. You will need to have prior experience in delivery of timely legal advice, mediation, negotiation and trial preparation, risk management, drafting various court documents and liaising with clients as well as all other stakeholders in litigation.
