Our client, a nationally recognised law firm, who stand proud of their extensive history and reputation for excellence, are seeking a Legal Secretary with Insurance Litigation experience to join their busy Insurance team. Located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, this is an exciting and challenging role that is perfect for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career!

Your role as a Legal Secretary in this highly successful team will see you predominantly focusing on providing secretarial and administrative support including:

• Diary management
• File management
• Monthly billing
• Liaising heavily with clients
• Preparation of court documents
• Production and formatting of documents
• General ad hoc duties

To be in the running for this fantastic opportunity we are looking for an individual that has exceptional time management and organisation skills, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the proven ability to liaise with colleagues and clients, and someone how has the demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
