Successful candidates should look forward to joining a highly reputable team that values your experience and seniority! You can expect to work closely with the team and take on complex challenging matters to keep you stimulated.
Candidates will enjoy an open door policy conducive to learning from other highly experienced practitioners. Ideally suited to candidates with a minimum of 4 years PAE, although candidates with up to 10 years will certainly be considered, you will work autonomously on your own matters, and you will be responsible for:
- Confidently managing a complex and varied file load related to high end Commercial Litigation with a mix of Insolvency matters;
- Work as part of a dynamic team towards collective success;
- Tap into and build upon your existing network to generate new business;
- Maintain corporate presentation and professional presentation at all times; and
- Be the right hand Solicitor who can run the file load from the Partner and have daily input, if need be.
You will need:
- Solid experience working in Commercial Litigation & Insolvency - at least 4 years!
- A positive and proactive work ethic;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- The desire to learn and develop professionally;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
- A professional demeanour.
