This Brisbane law firm has established an excellent reputation as one of Brisbane's best in the areas it has practices in - corporate/commercial, property, litigation, family and criminal law.

About the role:
Working closely with the Partner for litigation (who is ex top tier) and with a team of three other litigation solicitors, your daily work will involve:

• representing significant businesses and high net worth individuals on superior court files in Queensland and New South Wales;
• a good level of file management and involvement (rather than being involved in just discreet parts of files);
• a varied subject matter across a variety of commercial litigation - contract disputes, insolvency; employment law related litigation; equitable claims; agribusiness and property related litigation.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• 3-5 years' post admission experience in commercial litigation;
• good file management skills; 
• a high level of attention to detail; and
• the confidence to work closely with your clients. 

• an excellent mix of varied and challenging litigation; 
• very reasonable work hours (genuinely 830-530);
• a key role in the team with clear pathway to Senior Associate;
• mentoring and supervision from an approachable and friendly ex top tier Partner; and
• a competitive salary.
