Administrative Assistant
This role provides the perfect opportunity to continue in or commence your career in the legal industry. Develop your skills and experience within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
In this active role, you will provide wide-ranging administrative support to our professional and support staff. Your day day-to-day tasks will be wide ranging including:
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinating resource bays
- Phone management
- Data entry
- Expense management
- Preparation of court documents
- Coordinating meeting room and VC bookings
- Electronic and hard copy file management
- Assisting with internal and external events
Your passion for working collaboratively within a team, strong work ethic, proactive approach to delivering quality work and strong communication skills will help set you up for success in this organisation.

Requirements
The key requirements for this role are:
- An interest in pursuing a career in legal support
- Typing speed of 40 wpm (minimum) with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office (ie Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- High degree of professionalism and judgement with good problem solving skills
Applicants with a certificate 3 in Business Administration will be favourably considered.
