The Muswellbrook office works closely with our other offices, particularly our Newcastle office to meet the business needs of our corporate and mining clients, who number among them multinational and Australian listed coal producers, private coal companies, electricity generators, metals manufacturers and fast moving consumer goods companies.

An opportunity exists for a dedicated, experienced Property lawyer to join our Muswellbrook based team.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in the property, mining and resources area and be looking for an opportunity to work closely with a Partner on a broad range of property transactions.

In this role, you will work on complex property based commercial arrangements for the energy and resources industry, planning and execution of land acquisition and management strategies for major mining land holders, mining titles and water law and trading. This role may involve some travel to our Newcastle office.
