About the company

Our client based in the CBD is a leading generalist Law firm. They are currently seeking a Legal Secretary with a minimum of 2 years' experience. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of administration and secretarial duties. To be successful you will be proactive, detail orientated and have the ability to confidently manage changing priorities as required. You will be working closely with the Solicitors in the firm.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Formatting and amending court documents and other correspondence
• Collating briefs for Counsel
• Arranging meetings and conferences
• Diary management
• Telephone contact with clients
• Automated Billing
• Other administrative tasks

Skills & Experience

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills via verbal and written.
• Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude
