About you  
You will be a collaborative leading team member and will have extensive experience in front-end banking and finance, with outstanding drafting skills and significant experience in dealing with high-end clients. Your client relationship and interpersonal skills are highly developed and you will have confidence, enthusiasm and a strong desire to mentor our junior lawyers.
 
Your experience in front-end banking and finance in a top-tier or mid-tier firm will demonstrate your ability in servicing high calibre clients. You have strong drafting skills, and a genuine interest in working with like-minded professionals as part of a team.
 
The role  
This is an excellent role for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate (ideally 4+ Yrs PQE) to join our well-respected Partners in our Banking and Finance team. The role will involve working on a variety of complex finance matters including, corporate finance, secured and unsecured financing, property and construction finance as well as other real estate financing transactions.
 
A role within our Banking and Finance team will involve working with well-known Partners on varied, complex and innovative finance matters such as corporate finance, secured and unsecured financing, property and construction finance and other real estate financing transactions, bilateral and syndicated financing, mezzanine and subordinated debt financing, inter-creditor arrangements, cross border transactions and acquisition finance.
