- Partners have deeply ingrained relationships with local government as well a raft of private developers
- This is creating opportunity and buoyant fees through all stages of the property cycle; in turn creating options for motivated practitioners
- Longevity is important here, with individualised progression plans mapped out so you know where you stand currently and where you need to be to get to the next step
- Close discussion will be afforded to this at interview time so you can get a deeper insight
- Well integrated with the Enviro & Planning team, the focus is acquisitions and disposal work across asset classes, leasing (commercial, easements, infrastructure) and strata activity
- Included will be compulsory acquisition and some major subdivision activity
- With your government client experience, you will find support in growing your own and by leveraging existing referral opportunities
- Recent additions at the senior management level are driving a modern approach. This is providing renewed impetus in collaboration with the highly experienced partnership
- Support for further study, be that Masters or Specialist Accreditation, will be forthcoming for those interested
You will have at least 5 years’ (ideally 8yrs’ plus) PAE in property law with experience across government / government agency clients and experience with commercial property transactions.
