Our client is a growing boutique firm with a team of seasoned professionals who represent employees and employers in cases dealing with employment and workplace law in Victoria. They assist sole traders, small business, enterprise business with settling or litigating redundancy, unfair dismissal cases, workplace harassment and discrimination cases.
About The OpportunityThey are now looking for an Employment Lawyer to join their firm in Melbourne CBD, VIC, with the potential to earn $90,000 per annum | Negotiable Salary $80,000 - $90,000 package. Full or part time hour available.
The primary purpose of this position is dealing with all matters relating to Employment Law, including drafting transactional documents, litigation and mediation, preparing contracts and handling court procedures and hearings.
About You- Must have a licence to practice law
- Must have 2 + years experience as an Employment Lawyer
- Professional presentation with a strong focus on exceptional client service and delivery
- High attention to detail in fast paced situations
- Interest in Sports Law is preferable but not essential
- Benefit from working within a small fast paced team and gain invaluable experience
