• Align with existing Corporate Partner with a predominantly private practice
• Refreshing culture with no 'deadwood'/ 'post GFC story' and with Partners who have joined in the last couple of yrs in growth mode
• Culture of enjoyment of law and partnering to clients to the extent that some work on occassion on-site in their offices
• Flexibility to the platform in terms of offering and Partnership drawings and incentives
