To be considered for this opportunity, you must be admitted as a solicitor in Australia or New Zealand and have between 3 and 8 years' PQE (there are multiple roles within the team).
It is essential that you have a solid level of exposure to complex M&A transactions with a top or mid-tier corporate practice.
You will also have excellent academics and the desire to work in a smaller, commercial environment..
