Requirements within the role:

• Primarily PROJECT and OTP (Developer) conveyancing files
• Exposure Residential conveyancing clients
• Arranging settlements
• Liaising with high profile clients
• Use you knowledge and experience to increase their portfolio 
• Confident use of PEXA and Duties Online

A suitable candidate will have:

• Proven experience running your own files autonomously.
• Confidence in dealing with the preparation and management of bulk documents relating to off-the-plan sales or purchases and on-going management of bulk conveyancing to settlement. 
• Articulate and professional manner of communication.
• LEAP software skills would be advantageous.
• GlobalX & PEXA expereince will be highly regarded.
• A flexible attitude with the ability to take instruction from senior managment when required.

Your down to earth yet professional attitude along with a desire to provide clients with exceptional customer service will be key in this role. You will have at least 10+ years' current experience in Off-the-Plan and High Net Worth developements acting for the vendor.
