NEW ROLE! Our client, a top tier national law firm requires an experienced Senior Leasing Paralegal to join their team on a temporary basis for a two-month period.
- Commence next week - Monday 23rd July
- 2 month assignment to cover holiday leave

The Role
Our client, known for their comprehensive range of property-related legal services for developers, investors, owners, landlords, property fund managers etc. are seeking an experience Senior Leasing Paralegal to assist whilst their employee is on leave. This firm manages the leasing of some of Australia's largest institutional holders of retail, commercial and industrial property portfolios and they need an expert to assist them for the next two months.
You
As a member of this busy leasing team, you would have significant responsibility and control over your own files. You will also be responsible for preparing, negotiating and progressing client's leases, agreements for lease and the usual associated lease documentation. We are particularly interested in speaking to experienced leasing paralegals who are able to successfully manage high volume and high quality leasing work.
To be successful in this role you would need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and expertise:
- significant leasing paralegal experience obtained within a reputable property law practice;
- prior experience preparing, reviewing, negotiating and settling leases, agreements for lease and the usual associated lease documentation including retail, commercial and industrial;
- a keen eye for detail and an ability to follow process and achieve consistency;
- exceptional time management and organisational skills; and
- the ability to consistently produce accurate, high quality work.
In addition, you will be enthusiastic and flexible with a good work ethic and a strong team focus. You will also need to have the confidence and maturity to work autonomously and take pride in your work.
