Our client is involved with major operations and maintenance, asset management and infrastructure development and operates across diverse industries, including property and facilities management, defence, transport, utilities and mining.

Reporting to the GC and working closely with the business, this diverse role will suit a lawyer with 4 plus years’ experience in front end construction, resources or commercial law. Responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing and assisting with negotiation of contractual documents, providing pragmatic legal advice to the Resources and Urban infrastructure team, managing external lawyers, supervising junior lawyers and assisting with the management of litigation.

Important are your solid skills in legal advisory and contract interpretation for a large organization, excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative approach. The ability to work adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders is essential.
