Calverley Johnston Family Lawyers is a boutique firm devoted exclusively to the practice of Family Law. We aim to provide affordable, high quality legal advice to all clients, whilst being future focused.
We are looking for a junior solicitor with 3 to 5 years PAE to join our legal team.
The successful applicant will work with senior practitioners within the firm and also manage their own file load.
The role includes:
- Advising clients in relation to all aspects of Family Law;
- Managing client files (both Legal Aid and private client files);
- Appearing in the Family Court of Western Australia;
- Representing clients for mediation and other forms of ADR;
- Working with senior practitioners within the firm to prepare for Trial etc.
Our senior practitioners have diverse and extensive skills, providing the successful applicant opportunities to learn, grow and progress their own career and personal brand.
Remuneration is negotiable, commensurate with the capabilities of the successful applicant.
