Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role you will be a strong corporate lawyer from a reputable corporate practice;

• With a minimum of 2 years post admission experience
• Demonstrable M&A experience (public & private)
• Be driven and motivated to execute on transactions;
• and contribute on major transactions as part of collaborative team
