Our client is an established law firm who are growing from strength to strength. They come with over 100+ years of legal practice covering a wide range of legal services. They are seeking a highly competent conveyancing clerk to run files from start to finish autonomously!
In this position your responsibilities will include:
- Running files autonomously cross residential and off-the-plan matters
- End to end file management including booking settlements
- Liaising with clients, banks and other parties
- Excellent file management skills
- Experience with Conveyancing Manager
- PEXA knowledge would be an advantage
- High level of attention to detail
- Great work ethic
- Highly organised
- Flexibility to cover overflow from other areas when required
We will consider an experienced Conveyancer of 8+ years who can run files autonomously, OR, a Lawyer who can run Conveyancing files in the same manner and sign off with their accreditation.

- Leadership skills & previous mentoring experience
- Articulate and professional manner of communication
