Who you will be working for:
In this role you will be working closely with several brilliant Partners in a premier national law firm. You will be working in a sophisticated and well resourced environment which values both technical excellence and interpersonal skills.
What you will be doing:
Your work will involve advising on high quality Corporate & Commercial Law matters including but not limited to corporate advisory, capital raising and mergers & acquisitions. Your clients will include some of Australia's top companies.
The successful Corporate & Commercial Lawyer will need:
- To be at least an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel level Corporate & Commercial Lawyer
- Outstanding technical skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving
- Commercial nous
- Strong interpersonal skills
