The role

As an Insurance Litigation Personal Assistant, you will be supporting a Senior Associate, Associate and Solicitor in the General Insurance Team who focuses on professional indemnity, public liability and product liability. Duties involve preparation of court documents, typing and collating of Briefs for Counsel, typing, editing documents, arranging meetings and conferences, diary management and travel arrangements, telephone contact with clients, monthly reports and billings and general administration duties.

Your experience

You will have a 2-5 years Litigation Secretarial experience. Insurance Secretarial experience is preferred but not essential. You will also be well presented and have good attention to detail. A minimum of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential.

The Firm/ Salary

Excellent opportunity to join a National Law firm. Down to earth culture, very well established. Have 14 staff in Brisbane office and are growing. Salary between $50,000-65,000 including superannuation, dependent upon experience.
