Senior Associate Role: -
We are seeking a confident and motivated practitioner to join our team in our Perth CBD office practicing primarily in Family Law and possibly some Criminal Law.
Our Principal is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and Accredited Criminal Law Specialist.
The role includes work in the Family Court in respect of Matrimonial Property Applications, Children matters, Court Appearance work, Mediations, Conciliations, Binding Financial Agreements, Consent Orders and Violence Restraining Order appearances.
This is an exciting role for a candidate to take the next step in their career progression with our legal practice.
The candidate should be committed to a long-term role with a view to establishing themselves as a key member of the Perth practice.
