The Role
Our client is experiencing considerable growth and therefore an opportunity has arisen to add an additional member to their highly regarded and successful Property team.- You will be working on high level, diverse and interesting work for their broad client base. This is an opportunity to work alongside a team that has significant experience in property acquisition, disposition and development from commencement to completion in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
You
A high level of professionalism and organisational skills- Leadership qualities are essential to lead and mentor junior lawyers, and business development when required.- Demonstrated experience - specifically in regards to property leasing, licensing, body corporate, acquisitions and subdivisions.- You will need to be able to confidently and competently advise on all areas of property law, and have had experience in property development transactions from inception to completion.
