Senior Legal Counsel (Commercial Transactions) role with a Sydney CBD based professional services company.

Hays legal are working with this international management consulting business who pride themselves on delivering unmatched advice and services across a broad range of industries, in particular Technology and IT.
Your new role
As a result of movement in the team, this consultancy is looking to add a talented senior lawyer to their dynamic and focused legal team.
The role is for a commercial lawyer to support the business on a wide range of the company’s complex deals and contracts, negotiations, strategic projects, agreements between major stakeholders and customers, compliance and risk management obligations, all while working in an exciting technology driven space.
What you'll need to succeed
The company is ideally looking for a leading-tier commercial lawyer, or a commercial legal counsel from a similar scale company.
You will have an Australian practicing certificate and have 6-8 years post-qualification experience. You will have demonstrated experience in negotiating and advising on technology and outsourcing focused complex commercial transactions. Experience from an IT services vendor background is extremely desirable.
Further, to be successful you will need to be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic and innovative environment.
