The Firm
Our client is a highly regarded law firm based in the Melbourne CBD, known for providing an exceptional level of service to their clients while fostering a great culture between support staff and fee earners where you’ll feel appreciated as part of the team!
The Role
You will be supporting the Partner in a 1:1 relationship across Commercial Property and Commercial Litigation with day-to-day secretarial and administrative duties including:
- Diary management
- Phone & email queries
- Preparing and amending documents
- Drafting correspondence
- Collating briefs
- Liaising with clients
- File management
- Other general administration support
You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Legal Secretary (at least 5+ years) within Commercial Property or Commercial Litigation. You will also have a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and exceptional technical skills that will allow you to hit the ground running and support a busy practice.
